Chakra Yoga

Explore balancing your chakras (the body’s seven energetic centers) through yoga postures. Class will be in person at Power House Retreat.  We will focus on expanding awareness of each chakra through postural movements and mind-body connection.

This focus on chakras can lead to an unraveling of blocks in your mind and body.  

The atmosphere at Power House Retreat is inclusive and welcoming.  All levels are welcome.

Consult with your health practitioner before beginning a yoga practice.  Bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.  Feel free to bring your yoga props (blocks, belt, bolster, blankets) if you have them and if you wish.
