Healing Circle and Guided Meditation at Power House Retreat lead by Dr. Linda at 6:30pm. Check calendar for all dates. Bring a yoga mat if you want to sit on the floor. Chairs will be available also.

Each session will focus on the energy centers within us and how you can harness them to heal, release, grow & connect.
