Together we will receive an introduction to acupuncture and its many healing benefits, and we’ll acquire skill in self-care by learning acupressure to activate your chakras (the body’s seven energetic centers).  Next, we’ll explore balancing your chakras through yoga postures, incorporating visualization of the chakra colors, and expressing the bija mantra (chant) that correlates with each chakra.  And finally, once we're primed to receive, we’ll experience a 15-minute savasana with a stress reduction acupuncture treatment.
